I'm amazed by this little girl

So, I recently got a second cockatiel, Kaila, and I can't help but notice how very different the experience is than what it was when I got Oz. Where Oz was immediately cuddly, she's wary of my hand will only eat things I hold from the tip of my fingers. Where Oz is terrified by new things, she's instantly curious. It took me weeks to get Oz to even try carrots and Kaila, in 30 seconds, was already stuffing her face with eggs and spinach. (while Oz just sits there and looks at his like it's gonna jump him). She immediatly accepted the seed change and even eats the pellets I mixed in with the seeds.
