Oh my God, it's been SUCH an eventful evening. I cried myself to sleep last night thinking about this bird I told you all about last night... I called today and got no answer all day. FINALLY at 8pm, my friend called and said she called and bugged and we can take that bird TONIGHT!!!!! Well, was I right that time was of the essence, as he could have died of thirst. My friend said when she picked him up, he had a water bottle in his cage and the roller ball was stuck with no water coming out. Poor thing, he drank and drank and drank when he got here. I'm calling the avian vet tomorrow am to try to get him in. I don't know a THING about these birds, I don't even know what kind he is. I'll see if it works out here, if not, I saved his life and will commit to find him a wonderful home. Wow, I feel sooooooo freakin' good. He's here, (home, I hope, if he can get along with Sunny and isn't too loud, etc) and he's ALIVE and warm and wow!!!!! I'll tell ya more tomorrow!​
