I felt very missed and loved today!

Yesterday I went on a little middle of nowhere adventure with a couple friends to their familys camp. It was fun, hanging out, walking, got to go to our very favorite diner that we only visit once in a while. (this place is over 2 hours away). We stayed overnight, and came back today. I missed River, the fur kids, and hubby a lot. What was so cute was how much River missed me! He was so happy to see me walk in the house. He spend a good hour and a half just walking absolutely all over me! Up and down my legs, my arms, under my chin, I'm pretty sure he walked on every inch! lol. Felt so nice to feel so much birdie love, just thought I should share.

Thanks! It definately makes is hard to go away! One of my sisters is getting married next year, and lives four hours away from here. It's going to be really hard to leave for a whole weekend!

How cute! I love the "welcome home mom!" ruffle of feathers I hear from my bird's cage every time she hears me come in through the door. Although with her "I missed you" is usually expressed with lots of excited talking/screaming, not hanging out on my toes.

LOL! I'm pretty sure River and the fur kids missed me more than my hubby! I think he was probably just happy to have the bed all to himself! lol
