I am looking for a little advice

I am a new conure owner and have had her for about 4 months now. Recently some grey fluff(?) has come off of her when she was preening herself. I was just wanting to check if this is normal and if not any advice on what to do

It’s is completely normal and nothing to worry about, as long as he/she is acting fine and it doesn’t hurt her
