After almost 15 years ,I've finally passed my level 3 dog grooming qualification!

I started my Open college network level 3 grooming qualification (1 of 4 recognised qualifications in the uk) last year , and I finally submitted my final assessment on Sunday. they just emailed to say I have passed and my certificates are being processed!

That's an amazing accomplishment! Although I have to admit I'm not surprised after having seen the photos from your competition earlier :)

Congratulations!

Congratulations, Stitch! That's such wonderful news :) I don't know how the whole thing works, but it sounds like this opens new doors for your career. Yay!

Thank you!

There's been a lot of chatter since lock down about regulating dog grooming in the UK (I highly doubt it'll happen ,but you never know ) so I wanted to future proof my self so to speak .

In all honesty, it doesn't add much other than validating my skill and I now have an official piece of paper to say I groom competently, safely and to breed standard ,which mat put some clients minds at ease when picking me over others .

I am considering doing my international certified master groomer qualification next year just to refine my skill set .

Well, piece of paper or not, you're very talented, my friend!

Sweet! Congratulations to you!
lf you are doing a mobile grooming setup, there are many of us in the States that would like to have you! Assuming you absorb the traveling costs!
Also, a customary Parrot Forums discount would be appreciated!
