Hybrid Lovebird?

Hello, I recently got 2 lovebirds, a Fischer lovebird, and a lovebird that appears to be a mix between a masked blue lovebird and a Fischer lovebird. I would like to know if the hybrid is infertile, I thought that if the parents were both eye ringed, that the babies would be fertile. So my question is would it be safe to breed them or not? and if they breed would the babies be infertile?

Hybrids shouldn't be bred - with next generations probalibity of health probmems may be bigger and bigger
