Howdy All Parrot Lovers

Hello everyone, I am a proud and loving owner of my Dusky Conure, PePe. I have been looking and searching just about every site looking for a place where I could get my Conure a m8 so he can have some bird company, I thought if I really want one I would have to give this place a thought. So here I am, Is this the proper place for me to start asking members of this forum If they are offering a free or cheaply conure preferably female. In the Los Angeles C.A area.

Hi Autumn and welcome to the forum, I see you've found the "birds wanted" in the classified section of the forum, I would suggest possibly looking into adopting from a rescue, as big as L.A. is I'm sure there are many in your area.......one of these days, (especially if you hang around here long enough) you'll find that YOU are proudly and lovingly owned by your fid(s)(fid=feathered kid) .........please enjoy your stay

As Bobby suggested... you might look into adopting a conure from rescue.

Thank you all for the kind welcome, I feel right at home as you might say... ah yes knowledgable people the best kind. :}, Yes I will consider and might look into a rescue as I might find what I am looking for, I will enjoy my stay as I am a fellow parrot lover like all members here, ah yes how cute a "fid" what a great way to nickname a pet parrot.
