Caique
My Caique is almost 3 years old and she has learned to hold firmly on shirt collars to avoid being removed when allowed to stand on the shoulder. If she is gently although forcibly removed, she will bite.
What do you do to reinforce good behavior for this type of bad behavior? Any Training Videos?

hello and welcome!
I use lots of bribes.
Or I walk to the Cage and lean on it and try and encourage off then reward.

Our babies want to stay with us lol. So don't always have a step off mean the are being put up. Try and get them stepping off to lots of different places reward. Then let them step back to you. Really brag sing song when they do, letting them know how smart. Lots of reps through out the day.

Or kean back in a chair and try and have them move to chest tgrn step upto hand and reward.

Thanks for the input! What kind of treats?
We may be confusing her since she is a family pet and we have children that want to play with her and are not always using consistent commands. She wants to be in charge so she often gets her way with the children.

Lol
She sounds like a riot.

I find safflower seeds work like magic with mine. Also popcorn. And whole grsin people crisps. ( only a tiny corner is enough to motivate mine) or a single cheerio.
Mine mostly do stuff just for all the praise and kisses I give them now.

Whenever I want my bird to do something that I know they don’t want to, I try my best to make them think the action I want them to do it their idea. Maybe use a high value treat that you only use for occasions like this?
