how to post a new thread

It seems that I can't post a new thread except if I go through a special area such tech support or something like that please help me get this worked out.

Are you going into forums and clicking on the area you wish to post in? i.e Amazons for example!! If it was Amazons, just click on that.. you will then see it says " Post New Thread" click on this and write your post! Or please click on this link for more info....
