Sprite the cinnamon green cheek conure.
When I first got Sprite he was GREAT with strangers! He would step onto ANYONE! But..now he bites anyone that isnt me, my mom, or my dad! He doesn't even like my brothers who he sees everyday! Any tips on how to get him to tolerate strangers? And btw, he lets me touch him everywhere, hes soo good with me!

to start out with your bother mom and dad need to try n play with him everyday. gave him treats. they need to show him or her that they will not hurt him. they need to do that every day until he starts trusting them. when he does start gaining there trust then he may start steping up. or u may have to have him step up on you first thrn have them step up from u to them

Another thing you can do is have your parents and brother do touch training with him, that way he associates fun and treats with them. Also don't let him intimidate people with biting if he does that, if he tries to bite ask your family members to either tolerate the bite or shield it with the back of their hand.

yes you need to make him understand he must behave to the others of your flock even your brother. As in he cannot get to you without spending a little time with them (i.e. he comes out of the cage he must step-up for someone else and they bring him to you but if he misbehaves in transit it's back to the cage and try again in a few minutes. (Oh and if he bites he get put on a perch or onto his cage while you make a fuss over the person he bit cooing and fawning over the person making a really big show of how concerned you are about them and how naughty he has been and throwing disaproving looks at the bird. This way you are showing him that when he is bites it's the other person who gets attention not him. Another thing to try is the hot potato (the bird) where you stand around in a circle and hand him to each other and everyone has a treat to give him and then he goes to the next person how has another treat, that can progress to scratches and beak rubs.
