He's adorable! I too have a little boy. I believe he does look like a baby. The older they get, the more wrinkles they get around the eyes and your's has none. They are very smart and maybe that's why you believe he must be older! He probably behaves more like a toddler. Scratch his belly for me. Okay?!?
