How do you refere a link to someone??

I'm technically challenged & would like to refere links to folks that fit their situations, like others have done for me.

Usually the easiest way is to copy the link and send it in an E-mail or other social media.....

So, I just copied it and pasted it to this reply.....same process as for inserting in E-mail or other media.....
