How do you pay for supporting membership?

If you look on your account (click on your username at the top of the page in the black bar), in the pop up, on the right side you'll see "Account upgrades". Click on that and it brings you to Available upgrades. There's a box for "Purchase" that will take you to a PayPal payment window. Looks like you can pay through your PayPal account or use a credit card.
