How can i make my budgies come out of the cage?

Hello everyone. I'd like to advise me about getting my two budgies out of their cage. They are months old (i don't know exactly how many) and they are pretty afraid when i'm putting my hand in the cage. The last few days i open the cage door but they didn't make any movement. Last Saturday, while i was cleaning the cage, the one came out and manage to get back in by itself after a while! I manage to take the other one out for a fly but he couldn't go back in. When he was too tired i put him in.

The left one is a girl and her name is Olive! The right one is a boy and his name is Lettuce

Put some millett spray outside of the cage and just leave the door open I love Olive and Lettuce. very sweet budgies

One thing that worked for my linnies when I first got them was to eat a snack on the couch. I don't know what it was but they totally relaxed and came out to have a look around.
