Horseradish? Stinging Nettle?

At our dacha, we have an ample supply of horseradish (plant) and stinging nettle. I know the nettle is very nutritious, but I don't know if it will sting a parrot's tongue if fed fresh.

I can dry it and mix it in chop as an option.

Are these plants good for feeding? I'm going to Google that, but I'm interested in your feedback!

I don’t know about horseradish, but Stinging Nettle is packed with many nutrients including calcium which seems to be extra important for Greys. It does need to be steamed or dried or it will “ sting” your bird’s tongue ( my goats eat the plant raw out of our pasture but they are very unique creatures lol!) From my research, it is fairly high in oxalates, similar to leafy greens like kale, so it shouldn’t be fed all of the time. However, in moderation it is something of a super food!
