Hi im new to the site but not to birds i have had sunny my sun conure for about 6 years. he thinks that he is the only guy allowed to be around me. one day i was sitting next to my dad and sunny whent over on my dad and pooped on him then flow back to me while laughing. i got him from a lady that lived in an apartment he went by two different name one was sunny which the ladies family called him and pistachio which she called him. we almost didnt get him that day because he was to be my moms bird so the lady said that my mom could hold him and sunny bit her drawing blood so my mom was debating weither or not to get him when i held my hand out and he came up on me and i told my mom we had to get him.

so sunny decide to laugh at me last night because i was half asleep and walked into my door and the brat started laughing at me

I have a Sun Conure called Zak and they are such character. He is very beautiful but has his mood swings. When he reached puberty he took a dislike to my husband Mike for a while and would launch himself from my shoulder across the room to attack him.
Thankfully he grew out of it and is 15 this year. Some days he loves kiss another time he is grumpy. We adore him and would not be without him for anything.
He feeds Jade our young greencheek conure.
