hi! new owner of a 10 yr old lessor sulfer cockatoo

OK OK I know I need to give her time but I love her so much already! Her name III s baby and she's 10. She doesn't like my husband but likes me she just won't step up to me. She will bow her head for me to scratch her and will eat from my tandem but I just want to cuddle her. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. My name is Gina BTW. Thanks!

Hi Gina! Your Baby is beautiful. Mine is a 7 year old male. I've only had him four months and he's still settling in - so yes, you're right, you have to give her time. Good luck with your girl, if she's anything like mine she'll keep you busy!
