Hi! I'm a new member!

I'm Mtnmama62 and I just joined. I fell in love with birds about 3 years ago, on meeting a neighbor's cockatoo, then going to work in a store where I take care of conures on a daily basis. I decided to foster a bird to determine whether I was ready and able for the responsibility of caring for a bird, and in walks Charlie, a Jenday Conure. I have had him for about 4 months now, and when and IF he finally goes home, I definitely DO want another Conure, tho possibly NOT a jenday or sun, as they are so very vocal! LOL! Joined here to get more information, good tips on toys and activities, training and whatnot for Charlie and/or the bird I end up with. Thanks for having me here!
