I have two super sweet bird companions, both have come to me through a rescue so are adult birds with a little baggage. I have a Cherry Head Conure named Spot, that is always clinging to me and "yoinking out my hair" and an Amazon named Mylore, who at 20 something is having to learn to trust people all over again. I really love these guys and truly wish rescues were not needed, so that all birds would have loving, permanent homes.

Rescued 'zons can make absolutely wonderful additions to any flock ... I know a gentleman who has 2 that were both rescues and his ears never get cold (the 'zons are never more than 6 inches from his face). He starts his day with "stereo eye lash/brow preening" and he loves his girls ...

Welcome to the forum, do post some pictures up of your flock if you will, I am pretty partial to the conures myself.
