Greetings everyone:
First of all, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the posts/messages I've received concerning Henry and all the good wishes sent his way.
From my personal observations, he's been improving every day. I had him as a "9" on the 1 - 10 scale.
We went to the vet this morning, and the preliminary results are very encouraging. Red blood cell count up, heart rate fine, etc. The data has been sent to the avian pathologist; we should get a clearer picture of how Henry is doing tomorrow.
It's been a bit of a long haul and it's been an emotional one at times, but Henry seems to have definitely turned the corner.
Certainly, the fact that millionaire playboy Henry T. Caique feels well enough to change into BatBird and defend Gotham City from the nefarious schemes of the evil ElizaGrrrrl is a very good sign:
