Please take Boo into an Avian vet, even to an emergency vet. If she is staying on the bottom of the cage, there could be something seriously wrong. She doesn't look well at all, but there is nothing we could diagnose.

And if you know me, boo is acting delirious. She won't eat or drink. Please help.

Looking for a place that will work with me.

Do not feed her with a syringe. If you are not experienced, it can go down her windpipe and kill her. Keep water and food close by. Put her in a lined box NEAR a heat source.

My room is very warm. I have water.and food all around her. She trys to eat an drink and just can't. No one from MI. I posted on forums in fb. With it being Sunday. Idk I can't afford anything to extreme. At the moment. I have my other bird in the same room as well. I can't find any help. Other than bird vet this bird vet that. If I could go I wouldn't be posting on here.

I completely understand where you are coming from. However, the room may be warm to you but to a sick bird it may not. Don't keep her on the cage like that because the metal makes her lose heat.
Of course, only an avian vet is able to properly diagnose her so if possible please try to find one.

What do you mean she tries to eat but can't? Maybe you can try to give her her favorite treats or give some soft foods.

Is there anything abnormal about her poop?

We are not vets, so cannot tell you what's wrong. We are posting about a vet because that is the only way you are going to find out what is wrong. The suggestion to put her where it is warmer than just the open room is a good one.

Also, keep the other bird away (preferably in another room) to avoid spreading the illness.

Clean out the whole cage (spray bleach and rinse) including all toys to prevent the other bird from getting sick
