Maybe it's time to look at its diet, what are you feeding it? Or time for a vet visit.

there is no vet available here .i feed them fruits and vagies and seeds

Although I'm not an overly experienced bird owner, I can say that despite giving your lovely IRN fruits and veggies, seeds really aren't a healthy staple for a bird's diet. They're excellent for birds who live in the wild as they're high in fat content, but these wild birds are flying around all the time as well as foraging for other foods. The fat they consume from those seeds then becomes negligible.

For our lovely house birds, seeds are not a good option, unless they are used sparingly as a treat or motivational training food. I would really, really recommend buying some Roudybush or Harrison pellets to replace the seeds. My own green cheek conure came to me on a seed diet and she looked very unhealthy, likely due to an unbalanced diet that was low in the vitamins and minerals she needed. Roudybush and Harrisons contain the proper nutrition they need, but they also cannot replace fresh veggies and fruit - veggies and fruit are the natural diet of our feathered friends, so it's best to keep it incorporated highly in their diet. Veggies more so than fruit, as fruit is high in sugar and once again will be converted to fat.

I would recommend buying a pellet and slowly switching from seed. What I did is buy Zupreem and I cold cut Avery from seeds. Zupreem is not a healthy pellet and I don't recommend it unless you're trying to switch... the dyes aren't good for your baby. But it's all Avery would eat, she wouldn't touch her Roudybush. Now, after many months, we're at virtually no Zupreem and completely Roudybush with lots of fresh fruits and veggies in the morning and at night.

You can buy both pellets at any bird orientated store, or online on Amazon and My Safe Birdstore.

Good luck! I hope your IRN's natural feather colour comes back and that she looks beautiful again.

Natural sunlight, a healthy balanced diet of fresh vegetables and fruit, plenty of sleep, and the use of pellets to help with mineral and vitamin balance will allow for naturally beautiful, vibrant feather colouration. Nothing can substitute natural sunlight, and your parrots need it for producing vitamin D, which in turn produces brilliant feather colours.

I'm no expert, but I do know that a combination of the above allows for healthy feathers. Sleep is also very important, just like it is for you. Your parrot should be receiving around 10-14 hours of uninterrupted sleep in a quiet, dark space. These changes won't happen within a day, but if you implement healthy food with a healthy environment, your IRN's feathers should become much better after their molt.

Here are some websites that give the important information regarding issues with feather colouration, how to help with feather coloration, and what your parrot needs to be healthy:

I also recommend going to www.indianringneck.com and consulting more IRN owners on that website. It's very useful and many of the members of the forums are extremely helpful.

EDIT: I just want to mention that ultimately, you do need to see an avian veterinarian to get to the bottom of the issue. We can only advise so much and give so much useful information, but at the end of the day a professionally trained avian vet will, most of the time, know the actual cause and will be able to give you appropriate diagnosis. Please do try to find a vet nearby, even if it's a long drive. Nothing should stop you from trying to provide the healthiest, happiest life that your new fid deserves.

Oh Tania now i got it.Tania there are so many avian & birds farmers here specially in field of our native parrots like IRN & Alex. What i think your bird is not getting well balanced diet & sun light also.I always feed my birds with balanced grain mixed & vitamins specially. I mix vita sole to their drinking water regularly.

.
What fruits and vegetables do you feed?

Do you live in Punjab or Sindh? If possible, you could visit the university, and ask them for advice? I know there is an avian vet in SAU, and I think there is also an avian vet in Lahore at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.
