I've been trying to get Squirrel to eat pellets for a month now. He refuses. He prefers picking out the nuts, fruit, and seeds I mix in at a pellet to seed/fruit ratio of 2:1. For the last week, I have tried shorting him on the seed/fruit mix to get him to eat pellets, but he prefers to go hungry and steal other bird's mix during out of cage time. So, any suggestions? He's getting roudybush and zupreem natural. Though I don't want him on zupreem fruit, I'm thinking about trying it- maybe he'll like the taste and color better?

Thanks! I might try the controlled cold turkey as soon as I find my scale.
