To me it looks like an Eastern Rosella. Looks like a boy (hens will have a small amount of green on the back of the head). As for age, I'm unsure...

Also appears to be a Red mutation. But can't tell from the angle (if had full red chest - yes, if some yellow is there - no). Will upload a photo of a Red mutation a bit later
