If his behavior is OK as in still plays and runs around the house the same way... then this could be a diet problem... you may have to change the diet...
if he is still losing weight then you may wanna get him to a vet...
PS: trust he is still on the baby formula as he is only 2 months old...

Can you describe what sorts of food your baby is eating? Sometimes when they make the transition from weaning to eating whole foods they are very picky. If the breast bone is sharp and noticeable that would suggest either a sick or malnourished bird. Are you able to see an avian vet?

He is on diet of pulses and started eating tomoto...bone I can't see with bare eyes but i can feel it...he is normal he is always lazy

Had to Google "pulses." For the knowledge of others, these are dry peas, beans, lentils, and chickpeas. Definitely offers protein, might consider offering other vegetables and some fruit.

I am concerned with the age and diet, though. Not familiar with Alexandrines, but are they weaned from formula at 2 months?

I am no expert when it comes to young Parrots and when and how to wean them to solid food. But, I do recall that the transition can go on until four or five months. The goal of 'Abundant Weaning' is that the Parrot has formal variable for as long as it wants. If at two months old, the Parrot has been forced to solid foods, it is highly likely that this Parrot is starving! Start providing a formal feeding at least twice a day starting NOW! Continue feeding the formal until the Parrot rejects it. Provide a heathy, well balanced natural diet.

It is very likely this Parrot is Starving!

If I remember correctly an Alexandrine/IRN usually weans between 10-14 weeks old, give or take.

How long ago did your Alex start refusing hand-feeding of baby bird formula? Did you keep offering hand-feedings of baby bird formula after he refused a feeding, or did you just see him eating solid food and stop all formula feedings?

I guess my biggest question is how did you wean your baby, meaning did you place the solid food you were wishing to wean him onto in his cage/brooder while you were still hand-feeding him baby bird formula, and slowly allow him to start picking at the solid food while still hand-feeding him formula? Did you SLOWLY wean him down from 4 hand formula feedings a day to 3 to 2 to only 1 formula feeding a day, and continue to feed him/offer him that 1 feeding at night?

How much solid food is he now eating per day, and how often during the day/how many times does he feed himself? Does he ever display begging? Do you hear him whining?

It's very possible that he was not actually fully weaned when you stopped all formula hand-feedings, or that even if he did fully wean and refused all hand-feedings of formula if you actually did continue to offer them, that he has now regressed back to wanting formula feedings again. It's hard to know because you mentioned what solid food he was eating but you didn't mention how much he is eating or how often. Also, we do not wean baby parrots onto those types of solid food but rather onto pellets, seed mixes, and fresh veggies and fruits along with whole grains, so we can easily gauge if a weaned baby is not eating enough pellets/seed mix, but it may be hard for us to know what a normal amount of that food is for a day...

One thing is sure though, if he's not eating his solid food that you weaned him onto or he is not gaining weight, or is actually losing weight, something is very wrong. If you were weighing him daily on a digital scale every day while you were hand-feeding him formula you could compare his weight now to his weight during the weaning process...

Actually his behaviour started from last few days i put plate in front of him and he eatsvas much as he wants inbthe morning he eat from my hand....from where i belong baby's are never on formula diet i had try to give him formula when he was too young but he refused now he eats on his own i try to give him by my hand but he refuses to eat

I would see an avian vet and continue offering foods throughout the day until you go to your appointment,
