Help : 3 Months Old Indian Ringneck Self Eating

Hi Friends.

i have a 3 month old indian ringneck. I had been Crop Feeding since the time i brought her to my home. I donno how to start her with self eating. can anyone help me as i am new for Parrots.

Try making parrot chop (a mix of fruits and veges) and make it into a purée mixture and feed bits and bits using the same spoon and bowl so that your baby can identify food with the bowl. That way you could try slowly introducing more solid food , not an expert but just a suggestion !
