Hi everyone, I just joined these forums :) I have two budgies and a cockatiel. My budgies are 6 years old and my tiel is 5 months old.

One of my budgies was sick for two months so he is in quarenteen from my young tiel for two more months.

I got my budgies as adults so they are not tame, but did step up easily and eat treats from my hand until I put them on antibotics due to one of them being sick.

They are more wary now, but are slowly coming around.

My tiel is very tame. She is shy around new people but lets others feed her. She has been taught to wave, show wings, turn, step up and put her head in a harness. She is still working on fetching, she rather run away with her toy lol.

Here are some pictures, Pinto :greenyellow: Poncho :whiteblue: and Alsing :grey:

Hello and welcome! Pinto, Poncho and Alsing are gorgeous! Great names, btw:)
I'm so sorry your budgie has been sick:( Did the antibiotics clear it up?
I'm so glad you joined us and I am looking forward to hearing more about your flock.

I'm not entirely sure , poncho got better while on antibotics, but got sick again after I discontinued. He was on antibotics for 6 weeks. In the past three weeks, it appears he is better, but for three days he looked fluffy and was tired for most of the day. But he was molting and is a naturally lazy bird sometimes, so I don't know if he is all better or not. All the vet tests couldn't find anything wrong. On my island there isn't an avian vet, but one exotic vet so I went to her and she gave me the antibotics. She told me some birds take longer to respond. Well after his molt he got his energy again so he appears fine but I am unsure at this point .

Welcome to the forums, thanks for sharing your beautiful flock!

Hope the course of antibiotics for your budgies is helpful.
