Im Dakota. I live in TX with not only my Alexander Parakeet, Peanut but my Boston Terrier/Border Collie mix named Cinnamon, my white ball python Tofu,2 leopard geckos, Xena and Smegol and 3 fish tanks. These are just my pets. My boyfriend has quite a few lizards and snakes as well. :3

Welcome to the forums, Dakota! You have a well-rounded menagerie of unique animals. Must be fun and challenging managing their food and living arrangements!!

Hello Dakota and welcome! I'd love to see pictures of all your babies:) I'm glad you joined us!

Oh its work but we enjoy it. We always have something to do that day as far as animal care goes. But its never boring. We also have more animal enclosures in our house than we have furniture. Lol.

Welcome Dakota! Your home must be a happy place, what an interesting group of companions! Wonderful photos, thank you for sharing.

Welcome welcome! Your house sounds a lot like ours :-D (cages everywhere)

Welcome and be welcomed. What a nice bunch of critters. Your IRN looks great!

Really nice pics! Does Peanut show any fear or discomfort within view of Tofu?

Welcome to the forum. That's quite a flock there. Very nice pics of your family. An interesting name Tofu for the python and then I see the pic. Cool.

They only see each other in passing. Tofu stays in the reptile room and Peanut stays in my bedroom. She just makes her questioning noise and by then the snake is out of the room.

Thanks! I knew you keep them safely segregated, but was wondering how powerful the snake-fear instinct would be.
