My name is. Mirren, I live in Australia. We have a few parrots, maybe a few too many, just ask the neighbours, lol. My husband has a four year old Eclectics named Cosmo and I have a Hahn who isn't named yet but is about 10 or 11 weeks old. Hahn is still being hand raised, by me, and still has one feed a day that it probably doesn't need because it eats more than everyone else, just like it's parents.
We did breed the Hahn to sell, but it was an only chick and I fell in love, you know how it is! I sent a feather off for sexing this morning, just so I can pick a name. The sex doesn't really matter to me all that much. S/he is trying to say 'hello' and 'step up'...ok, s/he is making the same sounds as her parents, but it sounds like words and they do speak too and evil laugh, even though they aren't and never have been pets. Smart little guys!
