Hi everyone!

My name is Mary. I’ve just gotten my first Fischer’s lovebird and she’s a feisty little thing. She’s sweet but has a very interesting character. I have a question on color as I’ve only had Peachfaced lovebirds in the past. She’s ino with r d eyes but she has some cream yellow on her and a few violet feathers on her left wing. I can’t find any good information on mutations of Fischer’s. Her parents were both violet. :rainbow1:

Hi Mary & welcome!
I don't know anything about Fischer's mutations, but she is gorgeous!
Have you named her yet?

Oh thank you! She’s been putting holes in all of my T-shirt’s. Other than being a little destructive she’s sweet. Her name is Luna but might change if I find she’s a boy. Lol. I heard the eye ring lovebirds aren’t sex linked for the ino gene.

It won’t be long before you choose your in-home wardrobe based on what already has holes chewed in it 🤣

Oh yes! I’ll need to reorganize based on which ones she’s torn apart or not. Lol!:blue:

Hi and welcome!
