I am very new to these forums, finally decided to make an account after browsing for a couple of hours about people's stories about their feathered companions and I figured I would share mine. I have 2 friends right now, a Pineapple GC Conure (just got him yesterday 
) and a white and blue Budgie named Alphonse (He had a brother named Edward, who recently passed ). I have owned many birds growing up and each of them was a different experience for me.
I am 22 and currently enlisted, and just recently finished my degree as a Vet Technician (hopefully will be putting it to very good use once my time in the military is up )
I recently just purchased a Pineapple Conure and only had him for a day and a half and I will say that he is by far THE best avian I have owned. So loving and a huge cuddlebug right off the bat, which surprised me a lot, however he does have a bit of a nipping issue that is slowly being trained to quit (He doesn't bite hard, just enough to leave a small dent in my skin LOL!). I love him to pieces!
