Hi everyone. My name is Kelly and I'm the new owner of a 14 yr. old male Blue-Fronted Amazon named FeeBee .

I've owned Budgies and a Quaker parrot before I got married and had kids. Now that my boys are old enough and in school all day, I decided to get a companion parrot again because I love birds and have lots of time to spend with him.

I got FeeBee on Jan. 23rd and we're still getting to know each other. He's a real sweetheart when he's away from his cage but is fiercely cage territorial in, on and around his cage :16:. His previous owner warned me that he gets very hormonal every spring and this one seems to be no different.

This is FeeBee's 4th home and I have recently purchased some of Barbara Heidenrich's training DVD's in the hopes of working with FeeBee to help him to become a super pet again.

Looking forward to meeting everyone here soon.

Welcome!! I hope that FeeBee is in his forever home now!! Best of luck with training! Everyone here is super helpful and can answer what they know and point you in the right direction if they don't! Let me know how those DVD's work out for you! Bleu is only 5 (6 in a week!) but we've still got some boundaries to cross lol
