Toulouse- Cinnamon Green Cheeked Conure
Hey guys!

I have been away for so long, since school has started, and this year has been hectic. Theres school teams, homework and my wonderful Cinnamon GCC that I need to play with, clean her cage, food, water, etc. I also have my new puppy who has been going to puppy classes, and now is in other training/agilty classes. He also needs to be walked a MILLION times a day. So all of this has not given me much time to spend on the computer, so I will give you all an update on Toulouse while I have time lol.

Toulouse went to the vet the other day and boy was she was a sweetie. The vet wanted to take her home! lol. She had a blood test done and she is perfectly healthy. She also had a DNA test done and........ SHES A GIRL! :D Yes! But the vet did notice that she was a bit stressed with the new puppy, and me being gone most of the day, so she advised us to not do parrot rescue again until things aren't so stessful on her. After the vet trip I bought her a new toy, and she has already started shredding it.

Hey Cass, so glad to see you back, you've been missed, with life being so busy hopefully you won't be such a stranger :)

:Hey Beilana, now I remember who it was that was telling you about bird clubs in your area, maybe Cass can pass you some info on either a rescue or breeder in finding your future fid?

LOL That IS Fantastic Beilana! Good luck!! I looooooovvveee lovebirds. They are so adorable. I once fostered a Lovebird named Lola with only one foot. She was so amazing. What a strong little girl! Even though she had one foot, she decided to do everything a two-footed parrot could do! She was a big bird in a little body- I can tell you that!

Thanks guys! :)
Cass, seems like birds don't have the same "self-pity" that humans tend to have. Disabled animals adjust so well. My aunty has a 3 legged dog who beats up all the 4 leg dogs lol.
