Idont know how to get to the place to post a little something about me. So i wil post here. My name is sandy my Consure Parrot is names Chiquita. we have a vet appointment this saturday so I will find out what she is then. She flew into my work window and was very hungry and thirsty. I have has had her for three days and do not really know what to feed her that is healthy, she has bird feed but I read that fruit is good for her. does any one have any suggestions

Hey Sandy. Welcome to the forum. I'm sure if you post inthe conure section you'll get tons of help. About anything is good right now, poor thing must be starving.If you need help with the forum just ask. I'm not a puter type guy, but will be glad to help.

Welcome to the forum what kind of Conure is your bird? and I'm sure your vet will give you some advice on food. Three days have you run an add to see if you can find her owner? and looked in the news paper classified or lost and found ? Never volnteer any information on the bird just let them describe the lost bird to you. Also the vet can check for a microchip. But if no one claims the bird you will have a friend for life.

hi and welcome to the forum. I feed my conure Higgens sun conure seed fruit nut and veg mix plus copked brown rice and boiled chicken lots \
of fresh and cooked veg, cooked pasta cooked brown rice fresh fruit as well as stuff I cook for my birds . A lot of members use pellets such as zupreem or harrisons, oor roudy bush. Kind of depends on what your bird will eat. their are a lot of conure owners to help you
