Hello,
As one of the Members of All Beaks Parrot Place, I can rest assured that we are no broker. We do not condone that behavior and would never stamp our names to that.
Brokers - Buy birds, ANY birds - healthy or not in large quantities and then sell them to pet stores, other breeders, individuals - they don't care. They also have no moral value in the birds themselves, amongsts a long list of icks.
We are apart of the NPPO (which has been around for the past 30 years). To make a difference on how people purchase and own birds. The health, psychological and emotional health of the birds are our first priority.
We are also trained Aviculturists, certified with the AFA, PJAC, and have gone through studies to do what we do. Our passion is to keep companion parrots out of rescues and other places they need not be. We believe that if we educate the bird owner ( really educate - not just google some info- then we are creating long lasting family homes for the birds that we raise and develop.
We appreciate your due diligence as should anyone research if they have questions - But calling us brokers is simply not true and goes against what we do.
If you have any questions - feel free to call us anytime and we will gladly answer any questions you might have.

Thank you for responding! Please know that I meant to offense at all. I know there are so many "breeders" out there and wanted to do my research. I will definitely contact you offline for more information.
I appreciate the differentiation as I am just learning the difference!

I think this is the first time I have seen someone ask about a specific breeder and seen the breeder respond! I think that's great:) Sounds like you have a lot of experience and thanks for clarifying the difference between a broker and breeder. I bet a lot of members (myself included) would use the terms interchangeably.

OP- What kind of zon are you looking at? Just curious as a fellow zon lover:D

If you are looking at this specific breeder (I peeked at their website), it looks as though they offer mealy's, orange wings and lilac crowned. After reading your other thread, I'd inquire about these 3 species they offer first. Those 3 are all known for (generally) having a very gentle, calm and sweet disposition and not having quite as "rough" of a puberty as some of the other zons like DYH, BFA and YNAs (not to say those aren't awesome zons too, they just tend to be a bit more on the "boisterous" side;)).
