Big Bird _ Blue & Gold Macaw
Not groundhog but BB. He is normally roosting and lights dim when dark comes but, last night i came home late so he was allowed to roam around some. He was on the side of his cage. Big over head kitchen light was on and all of a sudden that silly bird saw his shadow. He dove at it. Pecked at it. Talked to it. When he lifted both wings I guess it scared the heck out of him because he ran in his cage. Cracked me up. But totally pissed him off that i laughed at him. Never a dull moment

Don't know what I did to piss him off, but that black bird on the floor just went big bird, and is fixin' to attack me!

HEY! THAT'S NOT FUNNY... I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT THING WAS, BUT HE BIGGER THAN ME, HE WAS FIXIN' TO KILL ME, AND HE WAS CLOSE ENOUGH TO DO IT...

:D Goofy bird, that's you!

LOL He got a head scratch and a walnut . LOL OMG it was so funny.

Hahaha BB, thanks for the laugh! That must have been hilarious watching him battle his own shadow, probably not quite as funny for BB!

Almost as funny as watching amazons battling figments of their imaginations... :D which also happens with some degree of regularity...

Or Tusk, making his toys "talk" when he beats them up...

"Owww! Stop it! That hurts! Knock it off!"

It's the little things they do that make them so funny...

He went big bird on the shadow, and the shadow responded in kind...

If he's pointing the right way, that shadow would be a lot bigger than he is!

And endlessly amusing!

lol too funny.

Bonny did something similar this week, she saw her reflection in a window and puffed up and started hissing at it. But a large moth started flapping on the other side so she switched gears and tried to lick it for 2 min.

I have one of those Amish electric fire places in my living room..I use it to warm the living room for Amy and Jonesy when its real cold outside.

Amy has walked by it,seeing her reflection in the glass..she'll stop, look at herself, and say "Hi bird!" lol..she knows its a bird in there lol.
