hi all i am new to this forum and glad to be here i live in sa (south africa). i am happy to say that i am getting a year and a half year old ringneck tom and would just like to know a few things. in the past i have owned 3 cockatiels. what i would like to know is i am getting her from her owner of one and a half years and she is tame so would it be an issue bonding with her after taking her from him is it possible at all and if yes how long and how do i go about doing so. i am aware that it takes time and i don't mind at all any input would be great thanks
