The National Aviary in Pittsburgh? The National Aviary - The Nation's Premier Bird Zoo

I'm wondering if it is worth the drive to go check it out.

I've always wanted to visit that aviary. I did visit the aviary at the National Zoo in Washington D. C. I thought it was worth it.

Oh wow, i would love to go to there! They have a Golden Conure! I wish there was one in California.

Omar's Exotics has golden conures... and I'm sure there's another pet store in California that also have golden conures...

I've been to the SF Zoo where they had/have a lory exhibit, to the Dunedin Botanic Gardens where they have several avaries and cages for cockatoos, a few macaws, some kakas, keas, rosellas, cockatiels, kakarikis, finches and a bunch of other bird species I can't think of off the top of my head! Have also been to Kiwi Birdlife Park that has kakarikis, keas, antipodes island parakeets, and several native (and some introduced) NZ species (kiwi's, pigeons, ducks, lizards, possum, etc).

Agapornis, if you live near San Diego the manager of Bird Crazy owns a Golden Conure and brings him to work with her along with her Hahns also.

There are two nice aviaries around here. The Wild Animal park in San Diego, and also Long Beach has a Rainbow Lorikeet aviary by the Aquarium.
