it's a 90's movie that follows the story of a blue capped conure who was separated from his human and he spends the rest of the movie looking for her. it's sooo cute and so good. I haven't seen it in years and I saw it today, it made me cry! probably because I have a conure now lol. it's such an adorable story, and they just put it on netflix so if you have some free time i'd totally recommend it :)

I love that movie, but it made me cry, and horrified me at times at the wrongs done the little birdie. Worth watching.

definitely!! same here. it's really neat being a bird owner and watching it because of all the extra things we notice/pay attention to that a non-bird owner probably wouldn't.

I love the movie.
Recommended for anyone who is a parront.

I bought my own DVD copy!

My only worry is that novices will see the movie and have unrealistic expectations.
But I still love it. There are at LEAST four scenes that make me cry every time!
*Paulie is driven away from little Marie
*"The cat gets Ivy"
*Paulie befriends Misha in the basement
*Grown Marie sings to Paulie to prove she is "still Marie"
