Hi, I am very new to the parrot family. Just a little information about me and my bird family, I own and operate an in home daycare. Luckily I have a very large space for my center that also has an attached room with a high glass less window. That's where my birds live ( 6 month old african grey and 2 sun conures). The kids can see them and my birds can see the kids. I do take a few children at a time into the "bird room" (or the discovery room as we call it) to visit and play with the birds. I am also lucky enough to work with my daughter ( who has an African grey and a sun conure) which come to work with her every day as well. So in total we have 5 birds. So far it's been amazing, but I have so many questions I hope everyone doesn't get tired of hearing from me.

I will be glad to post pics as soon as I figure out how to do it, hahahha.

No problem.. Here is how to post pics:)...

When you are creating your post, go into attachments, click on upload from Computer, then browse.. click on the pic you want to show, then click on upload.... or if you have photobucket just hover mouse over the image then left click on IMG and it will say copied, then just paste into your message box, go onto preview post and it will show if it has gone in properly:)

Hi and welcome to the forum. I wish I could bring my babies to work, but being law enforcement they would probably pick up waaaayyy to much of very colorful language.

Thanks for the welcoming. I can only imagine what your birds would pick up. Hahaha. I'm kind of scared for mine.
