Happy Birthday, I didn’t realize until a thread that I posted, and you commented on that you had multiple parrots. I knew you had a Dalmatian puppy. You definitely have your hands full. Thank you! Yup, 3 parrots and 3 dogs. (and 10 chickens) Our little dalmatian puppy, Zoey, just turned 3 on Tuesday. She's still tiny and looks like a puppy, especially compared to Marshall our big boy dal who's twice her weight. And of course, Hazel our old girl mystery mutt who's having some issues these days. She had a melanoma removed from her lip back in October, and now growing tiny lumps all over. Biopsied a bunch of them on Monday (happy birthday ) and one came up with abnormal cells as seen by our vet in house. We'll do a follow up in a couple weeks or sooner depending on how it behaves and send it to the lab for pathology. Gotta take care of our babies So yeah, every day is a party around here, and of course, each of the critters demand that the celebration be about THEM and only them!

I still laugh about Hazel. She's quite obviously some kind of pittie mix. Back when our daughter brought her home, the title of pit bull was a kiss of death for a shelter dog. People just wouldn't adopt them because of the bad press, and sooooo many wonderful dogs were euthanized because the shelters couldn't find homes. So, sweet little Hazel was listed as a "jack russell/bulldog mix" Mmmm hmmmmmmmm
