Haiiro-White face pied cockatiel

Hi guys jus tot maybe I shld show u guys the cockatiel that I had gt ytd. If u had read my previous thread, this tiel was traded w the IRN that I had gotten bout 1 mth ago. It was traded due to my dad's decision and I finally know why he wanted to do so. Apparently, he wore a welding glove and try to grab my IRN out of the cage and in response, Midori(the IRN) bit him hard. It actually left a marking on the welding glove!! So he decided then and thr tat this bird gotta go and he change it for a white face pied tiel which I had named Haiiro. Well, here's the little guy

Awwwww....Do you know if it's a he for sure? Look under his wings and look for dots, IF you can post a picture of it I could tell you. I need a clear picture under his wings, especially the part closest to his body. He looks just like one of my girls.
