Haha I just freaked out for no reason

Roxy was preening and all of a sudden I heard a loud CRUNCH. I freaked out because I thought she was chewing on her feathers! It turns out that she was taking food out of her bowl and chewing WHILE preening! Haha! What is wrong with her!

LOL It's out parront instinct to freak out. Just this morning I freaked out because I couldn't find two colorful PARROTS in their cages, when in reality they're right in front of me.

I'm super protective so any little sneeze or sound makes me immediately want to book a vet appointment lol.
