I totally believe it! My breeder friend had a budgie named Mr Blue Boy that said everything her nape and her grey said! The list of his words and whole sentences was impressive but the most endearing thing to me that he did was every time his mate laid an egg or an egg hatched he would run out of the nest box and ring a bell!

Wow I LOVED that. Thanks for sharing! Yes, Budgies (not mine!) are known as one of the most talented talking birds believe it or not! It's so amazing to hear. I can also tell by the "tone" and general sound of the voice, that's what a Budgie's voice would sound like talking.
