Hello, I adopted a 7month old cockatiel. Just wondering why his/her coloring would be called. I’ve done some research and thinking cinnamon pearl? Opinions pretty please. Also, I’m not sure if 1st molt has happened but any guesses on sex. Named him Patrick but can use Patty as a back up. Thanks, Jill

Definitely looks like a cinnamon pearl to me.
You can’t tell the gender of them until their first molt (which definitely hasn’t happened yet) so you just have to guess the sex by their behavior until then.

I'm just giving your query a boost to the top of the list. The first molt can be hard to detect/interpret, especially with a rare mutation, especially for non-cockatiel experts...
