At our family reunion every year, there's a family of groundhogs that always visit towards the end of the day to get snacks. Needless to day, they're very well fed considering they live in a campground. Anyway, I shot a few videos of them. I thought others might get a kick out of them. My cousin is the one feeding them. The friendliest groundhog of the bunch pretty much will grab your hand to get you to hand him food, as you'll see.

Those clips are hilarious!!! What a cute chubbster!! I guess he was ready to take the entire dinner plate with him in the last clip.

Oh that is too cute. Thanks for sharing, they really made me smile. We used to do that with the squirrels and chipmonks when we used to camp back in the dark ages:)

Last year, we had the cornhole boards set up close to that fence (I hope you know what cornhole is...not sure how widely known it is. Imagine ski-ball with bean bags, or sort of similar to playing horseshoes). Anyway, the same groundhog was chasing after the bean bags. He grabbed one and nearly ran down the hillside with it. A second time, he ran up on the board and tried to catch one. Needless to say, we look forward to seeing him every year.

Yes I do know what the game is They also play it here in Fla. That is really cute about him grabbing it and trying to run away with it . Sounds like he thinks he is part of the family:)
