Grey Feather Toys = Out of Business???

I have heard from a member of another forum that there seems to be a problem of orders being received from Grey Feather Toys. There had been numerous attempts to contact them, but no response. So if you intend to place an order with them, I would verify that they are still in business and filling orders.

I just received an order from them on the 8th. It was delayed and the owner was slow to respond to email inquiries. Seem to remember a problem one other time this time of year, she said family travel, I think.

I would encourage you to be very careful ordering from Grey Feather Toys. I ordered toy parts from them earlier this year and I had to follow up before I received it because they had "lost the order". But I ended up receiving everything I ordered and a discount on shipping, so I was happy with it. So I wasn't overly concerned with my order in the beginning of Nov being late, until I emailed and got no response...then left a message on their answering machine and got no response... and then the phone would no longer answer, it would send you to a fax line, so I faxed them a copy of the invoice, which by the way showed that THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ORDER WHICH NEVER CAME...and got no response. I tried to reply email them again from my emailed receipt before I wrote this and it was sent back as undeliverable. So now I guess I'm out $47.99 and maybe a little wiser about ordering from a small company over the internet. It's pretty bad that they still have their website up if they're out of business.

their website is still up, but I read on their facebook page a lot of people are not getting their orders, or answers to their calls/emails
