Hello! I just joined several days ago, but have been lurking around the forum for a while, and I'm excited to actually dip back into the aviculture community!

I'm from Michigan, but am currently going to school in New York. I have worked with many birds, but I only have one myself, a Moluccan Cockatoo named Cielo. He's 9 years old, but he still behaves almost the same as he did when he was 1, so I'm sitting here waiting for cockatoo puberty to really kick in. Yikes!

Welcome to the forum. Some birds go through puberty and become a whole different bird, others pass into adulthood and the changes are barely noticeable. Cielo may be one of those individuals who had a mild puberty. Anyways, I hope you'll stick around and share some more pics of your pretty boy
