Hi everyone,
I am the husband of LaManuka. (Insert dramatic pause).
As the spouse of a bird lover I have been on a journey of discovery and wonder at all things parrot. The drama, the tears, the laughter, the needle like claws the rending beaks and the chewed up corners of my favourite novels. However in the end I have found that I am a parrot lover too.
Of course being LaManuka's husband means I have to be at a higher standard than other husbands and learn my place in the pecking order (no doubt old joke but I am new here). Finally I learned that the magic words when it comes to our birdie children is "Yes dear".
Actually they are the magic words for everything.
I have signed up for two reasons:
1. If I have done something silly I can call upon the wisdom of the crowd to try and save my worthless hide before LaManuka finds out.
2. If I need advice and LaManuka is in another country I can cry out for help....if required.
I promise to post regularly and if required and give you hidden insights into the steel trap that is................LaManuka.
A riddle, wrapped in an enigma, woven in a cipher covered in last year's Christmas wrappings.
