During my free time, I like to work on graphics on my computer. I love to create, edit, and update pictures. Since I love birds, I put the two together and spent a few hours working on these two pics. What do you think?

"Rainbow Burdy"

Wouldn't it be awesome if there were parrots with this color mutation?
This is a jenday conure by the way

"Everything's in Color When You're Awake"

Inspiration for this pic came when I saw that there was only one bird awake in this and a commercial I saw a few years ago that relates to the title.

So, let me know what you think :)

They look amazing a94. I also love design and do lots of graphic/design work for both uni and leisure. Also, one of my favourite things is photography (so I got plenty of pics of birds). Keep up the awesome work!

Thanks! I love photography as well, even though I use an old school camera with film, but it's all good!

Yeah, digital can be fun sometimes though! LOL. i take photography courses at my high school, so I have access to the high school's black room 24/7! I enjoy being in there. Because in there, master pieces are made :)

ah the dark room... memories of running into people head first in pitch black lol:D.
I took a photography course at my school too, learning the ways of film SLR cameras. Then I bought my own digital SLR, man what a difference. The dark room is so much fun though, wish I could go back. There is so much involved in getting just one picture right and its a great feeling of achievement when you do (now all I have to do is plug it into my pc..how fulfilling lol;))

I know right. I actually walk into the table that's smack in the middle of the room, so it hurts. But memories, always, all my friends in my class. It was awesome.

HAHA and how bout getting the film out of the camera and into the developing canister in the dark?...that was always a fumble - and there is always the guy that yells out "oops...I dropped mine":D

yeah, that's a good one too. I didn't have a problem with that but there were these two kids in my class that were just clueless. They never paid attention to any of the lectures so some of the things they do are funny. One of them left his box of paper open after everybody was done in the darkroomand we turned the lights on, apparently, he wasted 87 sheet of good paper. LOL

Yeah, hahaa. Apparently my birds weren't meant for the camera. Each time I use them as subjects for my pictures in some of my projects, I don't get good grades on them :p If I don't use them, I get really good grades!
